Something to celebrate

Today (or tomorrow, depending on the calendar you check) is the Winter Solstice. This is the longest night of the year, and traditionally, a time for introspection and seed-sowing for the months to come. For those of you who miss the sun, this is the turning point: the days will begin to grow longer and spring will be here before you know it.

As I look forward to the return of the light, I am astonished by the way my path has...not shifted, so much as solidified beneath my feet.

I am happy to announce that I have signed with a literary agent. I am now represented by the amazing Kat Salazar with the Larsen-Pomada Literary Agency.

It's funny the way things turn our. Kat and I connected recently, and she loves my YA fantasy project as much as I do. I am so thankful to be putting myself in her capable, energetic hands. What a wonderful Christmas present!

My seeds have been planted, and it would appear that they are already starting to grow. What a magical feeling to have the perfect agent!
